This is a free public messages website, which meens that you can post any kind of message for free.
There is no need to register, or provide the system with any sort of personal information.
You may also encrypt your message, if you provide an encryption key, otherwise it will be posted in clear text.
Also every shout allows an attachment of either a zip,rar,7z file or an image in jpg format.
Just press on "Select an action" and then "Add a shout", and send your message to the world.

In order to have your message ancrypted you need to provide an ancryption key
If you also provide an email (not mandatory) a notification of the message along with the encryption key will be sent to that email.
The fields "Shout" and "From" ARE mandatory, as the "From" field is the only information you need to provide as an alias (nickname)
File upload: You can upload one file per shout. It has to be a zip, rar, 7z compressed file, or a jpeg image file. The file-size is limited to 100 megs for the time being.
Initially you will need to fill-in the form with the message (shout) and afterwars a new field with the file to be attached will be displayed. Attaching a file is not mandatory, so either you may browse for a file, or just press Cancel
Audio (mp3) upload: You can upload one mp3 file per shout(up to 100 megs ).

Video (mp4) upload: You can upload one short video per shout(up to 100 megs ).

To make a URL inside a shout body linkable please add it from the "Add url to shout" input field by filling it with the desired url and clicking the "Add url to shout" button to the right.
